At Jackie Thomas Real Estate, we know how much time and effort it takes to efficiently manage a real estate investment. In order to free up time for owners while also helping them maximize their investment, we offer property management services. Owners in the Hampton Roads area, including Chesapeake, Newport News, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Hampton, Norfolk, Portsmouth and more can count on us to manage their rental homes, condos and townhomes. We’ll take care of finding prospective tenants, screening them, drawing up a lease and collecting their security deposit. We’ll also collect rent from tenants each month, handle any maintenance issues that occur and keep records of all accounting transactions, which owners can ask to see at any time.
